We are here to help but telling us printer isn't printing color and all you have done is uninstall and reinstall the driver, does not help us help you. These are very basic troubleshooting steps that if you have tried, you haven't told us. If the printer is mapped via IP have you tried removing the printer, deleting the print drivers from the drivers folder and re-adding it? Have you tried setting this up on another computer via direct ip? If you have does the same thing happen? There are different paths you take for a local printer vs a network printer. You provided very little detail as to what you have tried and what your setup is.
